No agency fees
The agent has the right to enter in the rentals as often as necessary.

Our rates include:

all charges of the apartment including electricity and gas (maximum flat rate of 70 € per month, any excess will be charged), internet, etc...
bed linen and towels

Booking conditions

A 30% deposit (bank transfer or credit card by phone) is required to reserve a rental.
Security deposit: from 500 € to 1000 € depending on the apartment

If cancellation by the tenant => If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the agent. There will be no refund.
